Plan “Divine” Private Italian Events in DC with Me
I just enjoyed what I’m now referring to as “my best birthday celebration ever” at Divino Ristorante Enoteca in Washington DC. The whole event came together rather quickly. Since I started collaborating with Divino as a Brand Ambassador last month (read the press release here), a few of my friends decided that they would like to plan a party for me there. From beginning to end, the process was smooth and easy.
Recently opened in November 2024, Divino has quickly become known as being perfectly suited to private events Italian-style. The Italian word divino means “divine,” and that’s the word that I believe best describes the party that they held in my honor. My guests have been raving about the wonderful time they had ever since. To me, these compliments are a testament to the passion, talent, and dedication of the Divino team and Chef Maria Chacon.
Under the direction of Italian native and hospitality industry veteran, owner Luca Giovannini, the Glover Park restaurant and wine bar offers an exceptional dining opportunity with a friendly, neighborhood vibe at an affordable price. Private event patrons can choose from 3 or 4 course menu options starting at $45/person, buffet packages, and cocktail reception offerings. Their mouthwatering Italian menu options will please everyone’s palate! Mr. Giovannini says that he created Divino to mirror the welcoming, homestyle flavors and sense of hospitality of his childhood.
Forget about standard “event fare.” At Divino you can enjoy succulent Italian classics like Fresh Branzino, Braised Short Ribs, Wild Mushroom Risotto, Artisan Trofie Pasta with Broccoli and Almond Pesto, Seasonal soups and salads, and the world’s favorite Italian desserts. Divino offers three ample spaces for private events and a large, full outdoor restaurant with a bar. The private rooms include wide-screens and several features for your AV needs. Event parking is provided in the hotel’s garage.
